Provo Sailing Academy (PSA), is a non-profit sailing club located on Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Membership is open to anyone who wants to sail our fleet of Hobie Cats, Lasers, Laser Picos and Optimists on the beautiful waters of Grace Bay.
