MANTA Sail Training Centre (https://bit.ly/1minute-), is Vietnam’s 1st (and only) official sailing school/social enterprise which promotes human and environmental health via watersports. MANTA’s watersports-trained fishermen teach watersports to guests. In turn guests support delivery of UN sustainable development goals and alternative livelihoods for fisherfolk (https://mantasailing.org).

MANTA’s sustainable development goals and marine conservation efforts have won recognition such as 2019 New Zealand Chamber of Commerce’s Charity of the Year; 2020 Beyond Sport’s Sport, Swedish Postcode Foundation, and Laureus Sport for Good, Climate Action Collective Impact Award.

MANTA looks forward to joining the IYT network to help develop watersports in general and sail sports in particular, from Vietnam.
